Article 1 — Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of digital publications (PDF files) offered by Jean-Yves Rossignol, a sole trader, on the ajyr.org website, to private individuals.

Article 2 — Products
The works sold are digital files in PDF format, made available for immediate download once payment has been confirmed. No printed copies are dispatched.

Article 3 — Prices
Prices are quoted in euros. In accordance with Article 293 B of the General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable (VAT exemption threshold): the prices displayed are therefore the same whether shown excluding VAT or inclusive of VAT.
Jean-Yves Rossignol reserves the right to amend his prices at any time; products are sold at the price in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Order and payment
The order is finalised once the book(s) have been selected, the necessary information has been entered, and secure online payment has been made, processed by the payment provider Stripe, which is integrated into the Wix platform on which the shop is hosted. A confirmation email is sent once payment has been confirmed.

Article 5 — Delivery
The PDF file is made available for immediate download as soon as payment is confirmed. No physical delivery time applies.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium, where performance has commenced following the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
Consequently, before confirming an order, the customer must:
- give their express consent for the delivery of the digital content to commence immediately;
- acknowledge that they thereby waive their right of withdrawal.

Article 7 — Intellectual Property and Authorised Use
The files sold are protected by copyright. The purchase of a work confers a strictly personal right of use: any reproduction, distribution, resale or making available to third parties, whether free of charge or for a fee, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Article 8 — Liability
Jean-Yves Rossignol cannot be held liable for any download difficulties arising from the customer’s equipment or internet connection. In the event of a proven technical problem preventing access to the purchased file, the customer is invited to contact jean-yves.rossignol@nubla.fr to have the file made available again.

Article 9 — Complaints and mediation
For any complaints, the customer may contact jean-yves.rossignol@nubla.fr. In accordance with the Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved dispute, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to the following consumer ombudsman:

Article 10 — Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
